Lets face it. All computer guys have their favorite operating system which they take pride in using. Usually it's Windows or Macs. Personally I use Windows when I have to, but I'm more of a Linux fan. Linux Ubuntu beats the crap out of both of those operating systems. But we won't get into that since this isn't the right grounds.
Whichever OS it is that tickles your fancy, why not show your preference by bringing it away from your computer and into the world. Take your Symbian powered N82 to your buddy of the opposite OS and throw it in his face. Laugh even harder if he/she is using a Windows Mobile device or even funnier, an iPhone.

First up is an Ubuntu S60 theme for fellow Linux fans. The phone fan Adonis decided to make this theme awhile back ago. It doesn't have custom icons unfortunately, but pretty much hits the nail on the head to give your phone that Ubuntu feel.

Wednesday Themesday Comes Early: Wheels & Music S60 Themes
I know I've been super late on posting themes every Wednesday for the past few weeks. This week I decided to post some up a day early for you guys and gals. I've tried out both of this and they look great on the Nokia N82.
Here's the one I currently have on my black N82. It's called Wheels by Gnokkia. Custom icons look great and the theme is clean and easy to read.

Next up is Music by Pizero. This dark red theme with music notes gives a classy look to your phone. Using it on the N82 black looks really good.

A Huge Dose Of Free N82 Themes
Once again I was late on posting up new themes on Wednesday. It's getting hard to stick to my word but at least we're getting new themes today. This one should be good since I have some pretty excited news to give you, but I'll wait till the end of the article for that.
First up is a pretty unique theme called Paper. This theme was created by the famous S60 theme artist Pizero. The custom icons and list highlight styles really set this theme apart from the rest.

Next up is Seagulls by Taeib. This one is a cool blue color with once again great icons. Because of the Seagulls it's probably not something I'd want to keep on my phone for long, but it works great to get away from your normal gradient background theme.
And now for the good news. This free theme can be found at Taiebs brand new website where you can find all of his latest themes. He has always been one of my favorite theme makers but his themes were always scattered around the web. This news was brought to my attention by Zach from Symbian In Motion, one of my favorite Symbian blogs for reviews. Some of Taieb's themes were showcased at Symbian In Motion so Zach is happy to hear Taieb now has his own website.

Themesday Wednesday: Warm Colors & Posh Green For Your N82
With all the news of the Nokia N82 black coming in I missed the normal Wednesday Themesday post I do every week. This week I have fallen in love with a great theme though, so this should make up for it.
Browsing the Symbian Life blog the other day I came across a post with a S60 theme series called Warm by Giambi. This theme comes in many colors including green, orange, yellow, red, blue, and pink for the ladies. All of theme look great on the phone. My favorites are the yellow and blue. The custom theme pack is also solid and covers almost all common 3rd party applications with the exception of a few. Believe me they look 10x better on the actual phone then they do in the screenshots below.

Wednesd...I Mean Thursday Themesday: Black, White, And Make Your Own Theme
Howdy folks. This weeks Wednesday Themesday is coming a day late. Sorry again people I just had a long crappy day yesterday. You really can't do much when you have a broken down car. Spent hours at the shop waiting for it to get fixed.
The first thing I want to show you is something that is new, but not super new. If you keep up with other Nokia & Symbian blogs, especially the ones in my bookmarks down the right side of this page you have heard about the new website called OwnSkin.com.
At OwnSkin.com you can make your own themes by uploading photos you have on your computer or using the preset ones they have. This is the solution for those wishing to have full screen wallpapers of their friends or family or favorite supermodel photo. Besides the background you can change the icons, battery and signal meters, columns and clocks, and much more.

The first theme that I found this week is called Ice by Pizero. Custom themes and a cool white background make this pleasant to look at.

Wednesday Themesday #5 - A New Favorite And A Dark Red
Wow I think this is the earliest on a Wednesday I've gotten these free themes up. Usually I don't get them posted until the evening, which sometimes is the next day for some of you.
The first theme I'll show you is by Taieb and called Dark Red. It comes with custom icons and looks great against the light color of the N82. Sorry the picture got cutoff, but you get the point.
This next theme called Mountains also by Taieb has become my overnight favorite. The icons included in this theme are some of the best I've ever seen. The colors are great and give you that warm outdoor feel. I'm sure this one will be on my phone for awhile. I just found this free N82 theme while browsing Symbian In Motion - he's always posting great themes.

Wednesday Themesday #4 - Orange Crush & Concert Themes
Here are this weeks free themes for your Nokia N82. Sorry for the late post, it's still Wednesday here in California. Both of these themes are clean and smooth and work fine on the N82.
The first one is Concert by Taieb. Pretty cool for music lovers. It's not a theme that you'd want on your phone for awhile, just something different to have every now and then. You can download either the custom icon pack or just use default icons.

Wednesday Themesday #3 - Two Of My Favorites
I know you guys have been waiting all day like a pack of hungry wolves to see what's in store for this weeks free themes. This week I only have two but they are two of my favorites, mainly because they are so cleanly made and look so good with the N82.
The first one is called Crimson. Like many themes I feature here, this one comes with with custom icons and clock. The bright reds and oranges help to brighten up the dim N82 screen, making your phone feel like the sun.

The next one is what I'm currently using on my N82 and it looks absolutely amazing. I think blue themes are the best colors to use with the N82's chrome facing. Once again custom icons, and these are my favorite. The icons are simple yet unique, you can easily tell what is what. The battery and reception bars also look very unique, and this theme works well in the sunlight. Check out these screenshots I got.

Wednesday Themesday #2 - Dark, Blue, And Floral
It's been a long day for me and I know this post is a little late in the day, but over here in California it's still Wednesday. This is the second week of the new Wednesday Themesday feature in which I'll be posting cool free themes every Wednesday. Enjoy these free themes for your Nokia N82.

Wednesday Themesday: Aqua Bubbles And Red Harmony
I just decided that I'm going to start a new cheesy little program where every Wednesday of the week I will post a handful of cool free themes for the Nokia N82 that I come across. This new day will be called "Wednesday Themesday". Creative huh? Not really, I know.
Anyways, todays themes are a few that caught my eye when I was browsing the Mobile-Review Forums. The first one which I really enjoy because of the bright vibrant colors is called Red Harmony. Sorry for the crappy screenshots, something wasn't right when I took them. I assure you these themes are not blurry.
The next N82 theme is called Aqua Bubbles. It's just what it sounds like, with a little patch of grass on the bottom.
You can find these themes over at Roman Keller Design. The Red Harmony says it's for the Nokia E90, but as you see in my screenshots it works great for the Nokia N82 as well. Make sure you unzip the files first.
